Music great, food & service WORST EVER
BB King's in NYC, however, was absolutely horrible. We were packed in at tables that I'm guessing the fire marshal would have frowned upon. Lots of great energy, tight as can be, and a whole lot of fun. The new singer is outstanding, and the band is as great as ever. Twin Temple put on a great show. The service was the worst I've ever experienced--45 min to get water, over an hour to get food, never got all of what we ordered. Or, since the shows aren't too long (TOP was 80 min), stand at the bar. My advice would be go early (before doors open, as a line forms outside), get a good seat, and order the bare minimum. And after all of that, the food was horrible. Everyone at our table received similar levels of incompetent service--long waits, wrong items served, items deleted entirely from their orders. I was brought the wrong meal THREE times before I got the right one. So there's really not a bad place to sit as long as you're not behind a pole. And then we had to wait another 10 minutes, staring at our food while it got cold, waiting for utensils.
